Although one could feel positively surprised by the available amenities at the place, one will do well not to ignore the edifice of the villa deisgn inside the resort.  The design has been created in a way that the residents get the highest amount of comfort possible along with the required privacy.  These residential blocks are oriented along the north south axis, with the main living, dining and bedrooms being on the west side and the Verandah on the east.  These verandas are known to play the dual role of acting as a sun screen during the sunshine hours and as outdoor living and dining area during the other parts of the day.  The residential blocks also have the unique feature of being slightly elevated to let them have a clearer view of the natural beauty that spreads across the area.    Moreover, the use of materials and colours has been done to complement the lush green surrounding, and hence, more emphasis has been laid on the use of the white colour.  The design of each block is very modern and are lifted off the ground through frames / pilotis.  Design & execution followed Green/Sustainable Design principel such as minimize impact to natural landscape, water harvesting and irrigation, cavity wall construction, high performance glass etc.

As one enters the retreat premise, one has to pass through a bridge like ramp which has building blocks on its either sides.  The bridge leads one past the guest house block and culminates into the entrance foyer and the verandah of the main house.  This bridge itself is forty feet plus above the ground at some location, overlooking the green valley, swimming pool and pool deck.  The project offers amazing framed views with crisp quality of its execution with utmost comfort.
